1. General information

The offer of the VRS on-line shops covers goods and services. All sales, supplies and other achievements exclusively take place in accordance with condition of these general trading conditions of the combination rescue medic Switzerland (in the following “VRS” mentioned).

All questions or objections in connection with these general trading conditions can be stated in writing with the combination rescue medic Switzerland, p.o. box 2307, 8031 Zurich or by email with our Kundenservice.

In connection with the order completion the VRS processes personal data of you to be indicated. These data are used only to the completion of the order.

2. Use

The use of the VRS on-line shops is reserved excluding unrestrictedly competent, natural or legal entities, who want to order VRS articles for their power consumption and/or for donation on third. The data such as name, address, email address etc., necessary for the order, are to be indicated completely and truthfully.

3. Offer and conclusion of a contract

On-line representation of our assortment does not represent an obligatory contract offer. By sending an order, deliver a binding offer and accept thereby also the valid in each case general trading conditions. The VRS reserves itself the free decision over the acceptance of this offer. The sales contract comes off by written confirmation of the order by email on the part of the VRS. The prices are valid on the day of the order, which are repeated in on-line confirmation of order. Coworkers of VRS or its partner enterprises are not authorized to agree upon verbally differently reading conditions or deliver warranties, which go out over contents of the written contract or these general trading conditions.

If on-line data should have been wrong to an article of the assortment, VRS will submit a counter offer, over whose acceptance you can decide freely to you.

4. Return

If a supplied article is damaged or if it does not correspond to the ordered commodity, you can send this article back within one period from 10 days to receipt. The article is to be dispatched in the original packaging or in another for safe transport suitable packing and under attaching a copy invoice to the following address:

If these regulations are kept, the VRS commits itself to return the purchase price paid by you as well as the postage costs. Otherwise the VRS reserves itself to shorten or not grant the Rückerstattung.

5. Terms of delivery

With the VRS is there no minimum order quantity. The detailed, terms of delivery indicated in on-line shop are valid. Please note that before holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, mother day and above all Christmas) the distribution lasts of packages usually somewhat longer. It is therefore of advantage, if you give your order up promptly. If a product should not be later available due to higher force or for lack of self-supply or only, the VRS reserves itself to withdraw related to this product from the sales contract or extend the times for delivery. The VRS will inform you immediately about the unavailability or the retarded time for delivery. If you do not accept a possible counter offer and/or of the VRS do not want to accept communicated, retarded supply, you can withdraw from the contract. In this case the VRS will return possible payments already furnished to you.

Orders can come also from the foreign country. It is to be noted however that the products in Switzerland are manufactured and sold. Products and declaration are in agreement with Swiss right and only with Swiss right.

6. Terms of payment

Orders over the VRS on-line shop can be paid only over following credit or debit maps: VISAS, Mastercard, as well as by PayPal, Vorauskasse and by cash on delivery (only in the CH). The purchase price is at the time the conclusion of a contract net and without departure due.

7. Warranty

 8. Adhesion

The VRS is responsible only for damage, which is based on resolution or rough negligence. VRS does not take over adhesion for the continuous availability of the Internet presence or for technical errors of on-line shop.

9. Change of the trading conditions, right choice and area of jurisdiction

The VRS reserves itself to change these general trading conditions at any time and without indication from reasons to. Such changes are not valid for orders already transacted. All contracts, those by the use of the VRS on-line shop come as well as these general trading conditions are subject to Swiss right. Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction are 8031 Zurich.

If individual regulations of these general trading conditions should be ineffective, the remaining regulations remain untouched by it.
